Sceptre Tours Adds Scotland for $349  
After 25 years of specializing exclusively in Ireland-based vacations, Sceptre Tours branched out to Scotland last month. "Interest in Scotland has grown to where we can't ignore it anymore," says Chris Accomando, president of Sceptre Tours. "It's a similar destination to Ireland, and a logical progression." Skip the Museum Line in Paris for $161  
The Musée du Quai Branly--the only new major museum to open in Paris in the last 20 years--is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower on the banks of the Seine.
